SIGs and Clubs Registration

REGISTRATION:

You can register for a club exhibition or Special Interest Group (SIG) exhibition at the link below.

Club shows will be held in one of the indoor halls of the exhibition center in a clean environment with good lighting; electrical connections will be available upon request.

The table size is 180 x 76 cm. Registration is based on the length of the space required, rather than the number of tables needed.

Due to the limited capacity for club exhibitions, each club or Special Interest Group (SIG) may initially order 1–2 metres of space as needed.Depending on capacity, it may be possible to increase this later.

There is no need to order chairs, as seating at the club tables will be provided in the form of long benches.

Please include the following in the comments:

- If you are interested in more than two metres of table space (if available).
- The need for an electrical connection.
- Other requests, such as proximity to a specific club.

Each club will have 2 free tickets available for every 1 reserved meter of table space.
You can register until September 26, 2025.
